Junior Bowls

Junior bowls sessions are held every Saturday morning at 9am or by appointment.

Junior bowls coordinator Ron Wallace has retired from this position after many years of service to our juniors. Ron has done a fantastic job with our juniors and will be missed from the juniors of our club. All the best to Ron in his future endeavours.

Bill Bell has replaced Ron as the club junior coordinator. Bill has been a bowling member at Helensvale for around 12 years, served on the Men's committee, been Senior and Junior Vice President and a selector on a number of occasions.

Bill has extensive knowledge of the game of lawn bowls and would like to share his experience with our juniors.

Bill has also coached and refereed junior rugby union and coached BMX where he completed a coaching course.

Bill will be holding junior sessions every Saturday morning at 9am at this stage and will be looking to advance on these sessions into the future.
